Marvel's Wolverine is shaping up to be one of the most ambitious superhero games ever created by Insomniac Games, and after the latest trailer revealed Lady Deathstrike, The Hand, Japan, and even more story details, it's time to ask the biggest question of all: which villains and boss fights still NEED to appear?
In today's Marvel's Wolverine discussion, we're counting down the boss fights that could take this PlayStation 5 exclusive from incredible to absolutely legendary. From comic book icons like Wendigo, Silver Samurai, Cyber, Juggernaut, and the Incredible Hulk to my ultimate dream pick, Deadpool, these are the Marvel villains I believe would create some of the most unforgettable moments in superhero gaming.
Wolverine has one of the most underrated rogues galleries in Marvel Comics, and with iconic enemies like Sabretooth, Omega Red, Lady Deathstrike, Ogun, Sentinels, and The Hand already confirmed or heavily teased, Insomniac Games has an incredible opportunity to deliver some of the greatest boss battles ever seen in a Marvel game. Imagine recreating Wolverine's first comic appearance against the Wendigo, finally getting Hulk vs Wolverine in a modern AAA game, dueling Silver Samurai in Japan, surviving Juggernaut's unstoppable assault, or even facing Deadpool in a hilarious fourth-wall-breaking side mission.
