Yes, I did it.
In this video i’ll be discussing why I decided to do a social media detox AND deleted Netflix just to ramp up the benefits of living without distracting content.
Quitting social media is often very difficult for content creators, as it serves a purpose for our work… so today Im also going to talk about how I’m still able to use Social media for its benefits while also freeing myself from addictive scrolling & all the other negative habits associated with it.
