I decided to give queen rearing another try this year. In this video I discuss how I am doing it and show how I set up the mating nucs and transfer the queen cells to them. Queen rearing can be a major benefit to beekeepers but I find it difficult due to logistical difficulties and tie restraints. It is a fun experiment and I look forward to seeing how successful I am with this attempt.
