I caught someone sub botting my channel during my MrBeast 500 million subscribers livestream. In just a couple of hours, my channel gained 500 subscribers out of nowhere, and then lost all 500 of them in about 20 minutes. So what actually happened here? Did someone really sub bot my channel, and why would anyone do that?

During my MrBeast 500 million subscribers stream, something really weird happened to my channel. I noticed that I had gained around 500 subscribers in just a couple of hours, which was very strange, but then I lost all 500 of those subscribers in about 20 minutes flat. That kind of gain and loss pattern is exactly what sub botting looks like, where someone sends a flood of fake subscribers to a channel and then they all drop at once.
