This didn't come out the way I thought it would but I guess it looks okay. I put this together pretty quickly. I would have liked to use more of the song but I ran out of ideas. This edit wasn't planned specifically to be for today - I just wanted to edit with this song - but since it sorta fits, I'm rolling with it.
Today is World Suicide Prevention Day, and September is National Suicide Prevention Month, a topic near and dear to my heart, and it is important to talk about to raise awareness and spread hope. The more we talk about mental health, the more normalized it will become. Let's be the kindness we want to see in the world. You never know what someone may be going through but the smallest act of kindness can make a difference. Be there for your loved ones and remind them that you care. Help is out there and no one has to feel alone. It's okay if you feel like all you're doing is just existing. That's better than giving up. "Be strong now because things will get better. It might be stormy now but it can't rain forever."
