I bypassed EcoFlow's 500W solar input limit using an external MPPT solar charge controller and the WattCycle battery adapter — and pushed 1000+ watts into my Delta 2!
In this video I show you step by step how to double the solar input on your EcoFlow power station by connecting large residential solar panels through an external MPPT with a 150V VOC — nearly triple the voltage headroom of the built-in charge controller. This works on the Delta 2, Delta 2 Max, & Delta 3 Series that uses the EcoFlow XT150 port. I also cover C-rate safety calculations so you don't overload your batteries.

Measured results: 903Wh usable from a rated 1,004Wh battery (90% efficiency, above average), 700W AC turbo recharge, clean pure sine wave under an 800W load, hard shutdown at 900W, and 9% parasitic drain over 12 hours with the inverter idling.
