I've always kept my workshop closed up while filming to keep out dust and noise, but that got me wondering, what's actually happening to the air inside? In this project, I use the Air Lab air quality monitor to measure CO2, VOCs, temperature, humidity and more over several evenings. The results led me to design and build a smart, automated ventilation system that brings in filtered fresh air only when it's needed.
