This was truly the most unforgettable adventure with the most incredible souls from the Vibe Tribe. I could not have asked for a better group for the first Sky Life Retreat! For 5 days, we went deep, adventuring through Uvita, Costa Rica and transforming individually and as a community.

Awaken The Dream Retreat is a wellness adventure retreat designed to rejuvenate the mind & body, unite community, and ignite the passion and fire within.

The Awaken the Dream retreat 2023 included daily yoga & meditation, transformational workshops, intention-setting ceremonies, permaculture plant tour, tree planting, traditional cacao ceremony with our friends from the BriBri, Boruca mask painting, storytelling, and a fire ceremony with our friends from Futuro Nativo and the Boruca, an epic boat adventure and whale sighting, transformational breathwork, a Tibetan ceremony with Lama Dorje at a gorgeous waterfall, and lots more.
