This video is a vlog of my experience at Wanderlust 108 in Santa Monica, CA with my yogi friend Katie Reines! Wanderlust 108 is the day-long version of Wanderlust Festival, a yoga and music festival in scenic locations across North America.
Wanderlust 108 is a mindful triathlon that happens in cities across the country. The day begins with a 5k run/walk, then a yoga practice, followed by a guided meditation. The afternoon is full of other fun activities including AcroYoga, aerial silks yoga, essential oils workshops, and extreme hula hooping. There are also tons of cool vendors and sponsors all with a mission to spread healthy, sustainable living.
I went to Wanderlust 108 in Charlotte, NC back in college, and then to the full Wanderlust Festival in Mont Tremblant, Canada two years ago. It had been a while since I went to a Wanderlust event so when I saw that 108 was coming to Santa Monica, I knew I had to go!
Wanderlust brings people together from all different backgrounds for an experience that promotes healthy living, mindfulness, sustainability, community, and love.
