Welcome back to Sandustry for what is, at least for now…
THE FINALE.
After 29 episodes of mining, automating, rebuilding and gradually stripping this entire world of its resources, there’s only one thing left to do:
finish absolutely everything.
For this episode I made a new tracker that shows exactly how much of each resource is still left to process Sand, Wet Sand, Residue, Burnt Residue and everything else working its way through the factory.
It also lets me track down individual resources that have somehow been left behind.
And when I say individual resources…
I mean things like the world’s tiniest piece of Copper Ore hidden somewhere on the map.
So we go hunting.
Every forgotten piece of Sand.
Every bit of Copper.
Every last resource hiding somewhere it absolutely shouldn't be.
Until eventually, we have proof that we've found, sorted and processed every single pixel in the game.
Then there’s one final goal.
The goal we’ve been working towards from the very beginning:
THE GOLD MOUNTAIN.
The last bits of gold finally make their way through the factory and the mountain gets completely filled actually overflowing slightly by the end.
And that’s it.
We've filled the Gold Mountain, converted the Dune Sand, processed every resource we could get our hands on and completely cleared the map.
Sandustry is complete.
At least until the developer releases another update and gives me an excuse to start destroying another map. 😅
