(EDIT) It seems that you need to start rolling right after 4 sidehops because of camera. It means the position can change if you just walk forward too long after sidehops, be careful.

His setup is fast but requires frame perfect input for re-targeting after sideroll and the adjustments requires crouch stab or manual positioning, so I made another setup which is slower but more consistent and doesn't require any items
I've been keeping to say seam walk is few seconds faster than normal way, I didn't put timer but it's like 3.5 sec faster even if I used slow setup
People say it's useless timesave since you have to wait for morning here, but I can't reach to crawlspace before morning with normal way in most cases, so this few seconds should be worth for some people like me
