HYROX Bangkok returns with Asia's biggest fitness racing event
BYD HYROX Bangkok 2026 is taking over the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre from August 13–16, bringing Thai and international competitors together for what is billed as the largest HYROX event in Asia.
Bangkok is hosting the global fitness race for the second time this year, following the March edition, which attracted nearly 17,500 participants.
Part of the HYROX World Series of Fitness Racing, the competition combines eight one-kilometre runs with eight workout stations in a standardised format used at HYROX events worldwide. Solo, doubles and relay divisions give both professional athletes and everyday fitness enthusiasts the opportunity to test their strength, endurance and speed.
HYROX now operates across more than 30 countries, with more than 100 races and over one million participants across five continents during the 2025/26 season. With 17 events taking place across Asia-Pacific this year, the four-day Bangkok race reinforces the Thai capital’s growing position on the regional fitness-racing calendar.
