EM-ROBIC Dance for Mom brings fitness and family spirit to Bangkok
The EM-ROBIC Dance for Mom is bringing Bangkok residents together at Benchasiri Park for an energetic aerobic celebration of health, family bonds and gratitude to mothers.
The event is being organised to mark National Mother’s Day and pay tribute to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother. It combines exercise and entertainment while encouraging people of all ages to stay active and spend meaningful time with their families.
The programme also supports Bangkok’s drive to promote public wellbeing, create more spaces for healthy activities and build a more liveable city. EM-ROBIC activities continue at Benchasiri Park every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 6pm to 8pm throughout August.
