I am not 100% certain, but based on research I did of 1930s hydroplane racing in the region is that is was mainly done at Harrison Lake.

There was a time when hydroplane racing was a big thing in the Pacific Northwest. I can still remember as a kid in the 1970s major regattas in places like Seattle and Kelowna.
