I have to admit that Chilliwack is not a place I know well and I can not really add many detail about what we are seeing. If you can add something, please do so in the comments.

At 40 seconds you're looking west down Wellington Ave from Five Corners. Right on the corner is the Royal Bank, which is now the Triple Play Pub.
