Chris Chamberlin explains how he sets up the Hybrid® Rope for jumping and flow, using his own height and practice as the example.

Compare the long center cord with the black clip and the short center cord with the gray clip. Chris also explains how he chooses elastic resistance, keeps two setups ready, and gives beginners more room to develop their jumping rhythm.
