Day 7 of deliberations for Lindsay Clancy. To say this trial hasn't gripped America would be foolish at this point. Today we now deal with a possible rogue juror and what has to be done.
Was she criminally responsible is the ultimate question the jurors appear to be stuck on, and not on which offense she committed. The jury had Massachusetts version of an "Allen" charge read to them to try and break their deadlock but it doesn't appear to be working.
