Edi Osborne a.k.a. JOJIMa (JOJI= Joy of Joining In) has discovered the antidote for FOMO (Fear of Missing Out). She’s been deep in the trenches for decades observing the mechanisms of shift in organizations. It’s been a fascinating journey transferring her knowledge about healing dysfunctional businesses to getting down to the business of healing humanity. There are many parallels between organizations of people and people as a collective organism. In this presentation, JOJIMa will share critical insights about her experience conducting the JOJI Experiment and what has become an ongoing JOJI Experience on its way to the JOJI Movement. She is convinced, and you might also become so, that Joy is an essential ingredient to healing the human condition.

As Founder of the nonprofit, Of One Breath, Edi has dedicated her life to healing the human condition. To that end, she has developed a number of programs and offerings that are designed to shift the way people think about their lives and how we interact as humans. Her offerings include The Healing Conversation – 5 Questions that interrupt The Curse of Certainty, The Shameless Healing Bridge; a universal framework for collective awakening, and the JOJI-One app that unites humans together across the globe for a one-minute meditation at the top of every hour including an hour-by-hour dashboard of consciousness.
