👋 Meet Kornélia, one of our alumni from the Master’s program Human Resource Studies. During her studies, she became especially interested in employee well-being, researching how workers' health and happiness impact productivity and engagement. In this Master’s, you’ll get a strong foundation in various topics in the HR field, from performance management to diversity & inclusion, and learning and development. You get prepared for (strategic) HR positions with an emphasis on analytical and leadership qualities.
