What would you share with your audience if it were your last lecture ever? That's the question we posed to Andrew Reid (cognitive neuroscientist at Tilburg University).
Reid: “I never really decided what I wanted to do when I grew up. But over time I’ve settled on a discipline that pulled me a bit more strongly than the others, combining all the sciences and humanities topics that interested me as a young student: neuroscience (the study of the human brain). In this talk I will take you through my somewhat unorthodox academic career and highlight both the highs and the lows, culminating in my current position here in Tilburg. Hopefully some of it will be inspiring!”.
