This gentleman came in my office with a Template. He has to have a large mass on his left shoulder. He was seen by multiple people, but no one recommended him following up with a Surgeon to get it removed. He now comes in to get it out. You can watch the surgery and see that this thing was massive. If it were, a sports ball it’s probably the size of a small dodgeball. We were able to remove it without any problems. We placed a drain so we didn’t have a seroma afterwards. It turned out to not be a liposarcoma which would be a cancer.
