This patient has a sebaceous system or scalp. She's had one of similar size removed in the past. It caused her some discomfort. She also had a pretty large incision made. She's concerned about having such a large incision for this cyst. We promised that we could get it out without making a bighole and should be able to spare shaving her head. The surgery went well. We squeezed a lot of the stuff out so that the cyst could be removed through a smaller incision.
