The HWS-100AS is Toru Kamigaito's take on the classic Rockman Sustainor. "There are multiple versions of the actual unit, including the 100, 100A, 200, and double IC. This unit was designed based on the sound of the builder's Model 100A."
You can use it as a stand-alone preamp (a cab sim is part of the internal signal chain), or as a pedal to the clean front end of your standard guitar amp. There are three clean voices plus Edge and Lead, along with Notch filtering and Treble Boost. You can also select through or buffered bypass. Rock on.
