In this video I show a trick most locksmiths don’t know you can do with the HPC Blitz 1200 that is difficult or slow on most other code key cutting machines.
Using measurement cards, you can cut keys to an exact length you want, quickly and accurately. This method is super fast, super simple, and in many cases faster than computerised code machines.
I demonstrate how measurement cards work, how to set the key length, and why this setup makes the HPC 1200 so efficient compared to other manual and electronic code cutting machines. Once you know this trick, it completely changes how you use the Blitz 1200 in the real world.
