In this video, I show how to change the cutter and the card on the HPC Blitz 1200 key cutting machine. This is a basic but important maintenance task that every locksmith and apprentice should know.

I go through the process step by step, including removing the old cutter, fitting the new cutter correctly, changing the card, and checking everything before cutting keys again. Doing this properly helps avoid bad cuts, damaged blanks, and unnecessary wear on the machine.

This video is aimed at locksmiths, apprentices, and lock shops using the HPC Blitz 1200 who want to keep their key machine cutting accurately and reliably.
