For T8S and T8FB, we need Parameter Adjustment APP to set the parameters. You can download the Parameter Adjustment APP from RadioLink official website.

We can use iPhone, Android phone and computer to set the parameters. I use iPhone in this tutorial.
（The version of iOS APP in this tutorial is V11.2.0. You can download or update the iOS APP in Apple App store）
And since the functions of the Parameter Adjustment APP for T8S and T8FB are the same, I take T8S as an example.
I have downloaded Parameter Adjustment APP on this iPhone. Here it is.
Open it. Click Connect.
(Make sure the bluetooth of the phone is turned on.)
A list of devices will pop out. Select RadioLink. T8S will beep. We need to press any one of the trim buttons of T8S. Then the beeping stops and they are connected.
We can see the servo value on the APP. Move the joystick, the servo value changes, which means the connection is successful.
Then we can set the parameters of T8S on the APP.
Click SYSTEM--AUX-CH. The switches of all the channels can be customized. For stick mode 1 to stick mode 4, the switches of channel 1 to channel 4 are the four joysticks. You can only set the switches for channel 5 to channel 8.
If the stick mode is set to AUX, the switches of all the 8 channels can be customized.
The stick mode of this transmitter is mode 2 now. I can set the switches of channel 5 to channel 8. Let’s check the switches of channel 5 to channel 8 to know all the switches of T8S.
The switches can be set to SWA, SWB, VRA, VRB.
Please note VRB is also called SWC.Lock-C is also this switch, but in the other working state.
I set it to VrB/SWC to show how it works at first.
These are the switches for channel 5 to channel 8.
Click WRITE to save the modifications. The beeping sounds means the settings are saved.
Go to servo display.
SWA, channel 5.
SWB, channel 6.
VRA, channel 7.
VRB/SWC is for channel 8. We can see that
VRB/SWC works as a momentary switch. The servo value will reach the maximum (or the minimum) when you press it, and reach the minimum (or the maximum) when you loosen it.
Then let’s set the switch to Lock-C to see the difference.
And you can also set the stick to control the channel 5 to channel 8. For example, I set the STK1 to control channel 7.
Click WRITE to save the modifications.
Go to servo display.
We can see the VRB works as a 2 position switch now.
The servo value will reach the maximum (or the minimum) when you press it once, and reach the minimum when you press it again. So this is the difference between SWC and Lock C.
And push the stick 1, it will control channel 1 and channel 7 at the same time, which means you can get the mix function of the channel 1-4 and channel 5-8 by setting the same switch to control them.
When you don’t want the two sticks to control channel 1 to channel 4. Instead, you want use the switches or knobs to control channel 1 to channel 4. You can set the STK-MODE to AUX to get the function you want.
Select AUX.
Then I can assign the switches I want for channel 1-4.
For example, I assign SWA for channel 1
SWB for channel 2, VRA for channel 3, VRB for channel 4, STK1 for channel 5, 等~~~
Click WRITE to save the modifications.
In AUX mode, you can customize the switches for every channel, which will be helpful for users to control different models.
