Stefan explains how the Musical Soundscapes albums were recorded before modern DAWs. Using a small timecode sync box, a two-track reel-to-reel tape machine could communicate with the computer. This clever workaround made it possible to add real instruments to the recordings while producing Pacific Blue in the early 1990s.
