While a song may have certain meaning from the songwriter's point of view each person who listens to it also attach their own meaning to it and in that way songs are like sonic Rorschach tests. My brief off the cuff thoughts on how we listen to music and why music may affect us in certain ways. Plus a special musical performance (yeah right).
