Ysgol Plas Coch in Wrexham has been working with us and Wrexham Council to plant trees in a high-priority area identified through the Tree Equity Score UK tool.
Supported by our Emergency Tree Fund, pupils planted native trees to help tackle air pollution, reduce road noise and create a healthier school environment. With on-site air sensors now monitoring the impact, this project shows how schools can take simple, meaningful steps to improve their local environment.
