If you can't address drainage on the exterior of the basement walls, your only option is to address drainage on the interior. A waterproof coating should not be applied to the interior face of below-grade brick foundation walls, as this will impact the ability of the masonry to drain trapped water that leaks through the mortar joints. However, a sealed dimple mat can be installed over the interior face of the wall to provide a drainage space between the interior framed walls, and to equalize vapor pressure between the exterior and the interior sides of the masonry.
