Directions:
Introduction - You are using version 3.0-4.2, do not want to update your Wii, but still want to use the Wii Shop Channel
Problem - You cannot use the Wii Shop Channel because Nintendo wants you to have the Nintendo version 4.3
Solution - First, you need to have the homebrew channel on your Nintendo Wii
Find out how to get the homebrew channel here:

You can check the version of your nintendo wii by clicking at the bottom right of the wii menu to wii options then on the right click on wii settings and the version number should be on the top right side
You need internet connection to use the Wii Shop Channel

You will need an extracting program if you do not have one already

On your computer, you need to get Multi Mod Manager
You will need the SD card that you hacked your Nintendo Wii with
mmm4wii.posterous.com
Download the file
Do the steps as directed in the video to bring the extracted compressed MMM file into the SD Card

Now, you will need NUS Downloader
wiibrew.org/wiki/NUS_Downloader
The download is on the right side
You have to extract the compressed file
Now open the executable file inside the folder and follow directions

SD Card

-MMM
-wads
-Wii Shop Channel Latest Version Wad

Ok now eject that SD card and bring it to the Nintendo Wii
Insert it and go to Multi Mod Manager
Go to WAD Manager
and install the Wii Shop Channel wad

After you finish installing, everything should be good and you will now be able to use the Wii Shop Channel
