A little preview on the Sword Art Online AR Combat that I've been working on. How I'm going to do these videos in the future is to upload whatever I have done for the week probably on what it seems to be on Tuesdays regardless of how much I got done. Comment about any ideas you have!
A few notes on this update.
► Combat will be an iterative process. Probably will include parrying. Different controller options will be available to make a more immersive experience. TBA.
► I haven't integrated spatial mapping yet. It's easier to work on multiple monsters when the monsters can just spawn in the room regardless of the actual environment. I wanted to do the demo in a park, but it was raining outside.
► I set the movement speed for when the boars turn aggro really low because I was indoors. I also had god mode on.
► As always, frame rate of HoloLens drops a lot when recording.
