This quick tutorial shows you how to make a flat white coffee using the Sunbeam Cafe Crema.

On this machine, i've actually installed a non pressurized basket to replace the pressurized basket it comes with. This really changes the way coffee tastes, it's richer, smoother & tastes more like a real cafe coffee. You'll need to adjust your grind and use more pressure when tamping (30lbs they say).
