Create a beautiful tulip field card featuring windmills and a colorful sunset sky using the Windmills and Tulips Press & Foil Plate and Stencil Bundle from my Yana’s Tulips Collection for Spellbinders.
In this cardmaking tutorial, I’ll show you how to combine BetterPress / letterpress techniques, hot foiling, layered stencils, ink blending, and colored pencils to create a vibrant scenic card inspired by the tulip fields of the Netherlands.
This design was inspired by my travels to the Netherlands where the landscapes of blooming tulips and iconic windmills are absolutely breathtaking. In the video, I experiment with a dramatic sunset sky, multicolored tulips, and layered stencil blending to bring the entire scene to life.
You’ll also see how I add extra detail with colored pencils and finish the design with a framed 5x7 card layout for a polished look.
