I show how to cut properly from the hand/wrist. This is one way to cut with a sword, or swing with other weapons. Whether applying yourself to Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA), test cutting or even forms of self-defence, powering a strike from the wrist and hand is a very useful swordsmanship skill.
