A short walk from home, I have found some Parasol Mushrooms (Macrolepiota Procera). I talk about identifying these wild mushrooms, cooking them, plus the conditions their spores like growing in.

These sorts of fungi would have been eaten at home or sold at historic markets instead of today's commercially grown mushrooms.
