Does the horizon rise to eye level? We already know it doesn’t, but this is my own personal observation of this fact. I’m doing this so I can say for certainty. This is the first part of my 2 part observation, and I can’t wait to show you my second observation/ calculation.
Here’s Berts video, it really helped me have more confidence using the theodolite app.
