In this video I'm explainig how you can tell if your power bank is fully charged.
Most power bank come with a 4-LED scale, each of the LED's representing 25% of charge. The problem is that the last LED represents anywhere between 75% and 100% of charge, so it's not possible to know the exact charging levels of a given portable charger.
On the other hand there are power banks with LED display screens that showcase the exact charging amount. Whith these power banks, you are able to tell when they're fully charged.
