A lot of people want to know if power banks come pre-charged. From my experience, yes, most power banks usually come pre-charged.
Usually, they come with a 50%-75% charge. It's very rare to see a new power bank with a 100% charge or 0% charge.
Because all batteries, including power banks, lose their charge after a certain amount of time, if a power bank has been sitting a lot in storage it may end up completely draining. This is why it's a good idea to buy newer power bank models and not ones that have been released several years before.
