How to Survive a Bad Boss Swap | Ascension 20 Ironclad Slay the Spire
How many times have you clicked the Neow option, Boss relic swap? This is a high risk high reward start to most of the characters in slay the spire. I'd argue that the ironclad is one of the better characters to do this on but missing out on that extra bit of sustain feels like quite a burden at the start of the run. One of the risks of clicking boss swap is getting the relic: tiny house. This relic barely does anything at all. If I were to take a tiny house, it would be at the start of the run. a card reward, gold, upgrade, potion, and bonus health all are great buffs to a run start. This run quickly snowballs into a power house at the end. youll see why.

Increased rune acquisition for self and allies/ Stonesword Key at start/ Rune discount at shops
Flask heals allies (lol) / Imrpived initial attack / improved stone damage (lol) need to change this one
Fire pots at start / ultimate gauge + 3 / Magic attack power up + 2
