Wondering how to store coriander so that it stays fresh for a longer period of time?
Try this method.. I've tried for 7-8 days but it may work for longer too..
Basically we need something to constantly absorb the moisture to keep it fresh.
My organic vegetable vendor sends the coriander in a paper bag so i just reuse that bag. You can also use natural cloth or kitchen towel.
Then we need to keep it in a plastic container or if u have any plastic bags from your groceries, you can use that too. But i really hope you don't have the bags since they are banned ๐
Must try this and let me know what you did and how it turned out. Do you use any other method?

P.S. Remember to chop the roots off. It will stay fresh longer. I use the roots to make stock or in Oriental curries. They add a great flavour.
