One of the best things about minimalism (though there are many more :)) is that minimalist living makes it easier to save money and stop shopping for useful things. If you want to learn how to stop buying things you don't need, minimalism can be a wonderful tool for that. It has definitely allowed me so stop shopping so much, own fewer items, stop spending money on silly things, and save way more money.
