I had my first experience with bad prints due to moist filament since I installed the MMU2S kit. Because it is such a pain to thread the five spools, I was leaving them out. With a single spool I always put the filament back in the ziplock bag and a silica gel packet.

I ended up getting a SUNLU filament dryer ( amzn.to/39TbOQc ), but buying five would be expensive!

I figured I would just fill the trays with Silica Gel beads and 3D print a cover using transparent PETG. The design had to work around the MK3S print volume. I installed a temperature / humidity sensor to make sure everything is OK.

I tried single and double wall boxes, but they failed. I ended up 4 filament wide walls. It's a long print, but I'm pretty happy how they are working.
