With Football and New Years coming up, I thought I would make a portable air horn. I've seen several people scavenge old RYOBI impact drivers to make one. I didn't have one that I wanted to sacrifice and I didn't want to purchase a new one. So I designed and 3D printed one that uses an inexpensive horn compressor kit and a RYOBI replacement trigger
The 3D Model is at: printables.com/model/1111305-ryobi-18v-150db-air-horn
Things I used:
* RYOBI Assembly Switch ( amzn.to/3P2rJPD )
* 150db 120PSI Air Compressor / Horn ( amzn.to/426c61t )
* Overature Grass Green PETG filament ( amzn.to/49GuAqO )
* Super Glue Gel ( amzn.to/4flk5KT )
* Needle Files ( amzn.to/3BTvELv )
