The P8-AR blueprint is one of the most challenging, because everything is a lottery. It's obtained via "Additional Resources For Research" which requires 4 Yormandi eyes (the boss in the Site B section of the Onyx facility), the mission itself is RNG (25% chance of getting a blueprint), in addition the Rayari reputation grind is also RNG-based because you can't control the harvestable spawns: scmdb.net/?m=iespr7
So it requires a lot of materials because of it's RNG nature. It's good to learn how to fight the snakes solo, but if you can join the group - it will be the fastest way to unlock the rifle.
