Capital ships flying around the cave looks cool, but in my opinion the most productive Hathor operation would appear like nothing is happening. No unwanted attention, no bounties (or keeping them away from the site), no large signatures. Just a few snipers covering the hole. And the mothership parked outside detection range ready to provide support when needed.
