Learn the easiest way to make Smooth Slow Motion Video in Adobe Premiere Pro CC.
Use speed/duration to change the speed % of your clips to slow them down. Make sure to change time interpolation from frame blending to optical if you didn't film with a high enough frame rate (like if filmed at 24 fps instead of 60 fps). The higher the frame rate, the slower you can make your clip.
