The measurements are:
-1 piece of fabric 3" to 6" in width, 18" to 24" in length. Wider fabric makes fluffier scrunchies.
-1 piece of cotton elastic that measures 6.5" to 7.5", depending on how stretchy it is. Cut it to 7.5" if it isn't super stretchy .
