This skirt sews up FAST! Sewn from 2 rectangles of fabric & leaves NO WASTE behind.
I'll show you how to take the measurements you need to cut your fabric - no pattern required!
You'll need:
-3/4" or 1" wide elastic (enough to circle your waste)
-approximately 2 yards of fabric (depending on your fabric width, desired length, and hip measurement) - Don't worry, all the how-to is in the video.
Once you make one, you might have to make 10 more :).
