Here Are The Steps to Set up or Add Signature in Outlook or How to Create or Make a Email Signature in Outlook

Method 1 Outlook App

1. Click File
2. Click Options
3. Click Mail
4. Click Signatures Button
5. Click New Button
6. Type Your Signature Name
7. Click OK Button
8. Select Email Account You Want Your Signature to appear
9. Select Your Signature Name in New messages Drop-Down Menu
10. If You Want Your Signature to appear on Reply or Forward Mail Than Select Signature Name In This Drop-Down Menu (I dont want soo i will select none)
11. Add Your Signature In This Box
12. Click OK Button
13. Click OK Button
14. Click New Email
15. If Signature Not Added Automatically Than Click on Signature
16. Click on Signature Name You Have Created
17. Done!


Method 2 Outlook Web

1. Click Settings icon
2. Click View all Outlook settings
3. Click Mail
4. Click Compose and reply
5. Click New Signature
6. Type Name of The Signature
7. Type Name of The Signature
8. Add Your Signature in this Box
9. You Can also Use This Tools To Create Your Own Signature
10. Click Save Button
11. Select Your Signature Name in New messages Drop-Down Menu
12. If You Want Your Signature to appear on Reply or Forward Mail Than Select Signature Name In This Drop-Down Menu (I dont want soo i will select No signature)
13. Click Save Button
14. Click Close
15. Click New message
16. Done! Signature Added
